Let's get tropical and meet up for lunch at the funky Toucan Jim's in Centerpoint, TX. This is an off the beaten path, eclectic dive with twenty-seven palapas, two stages, two bars, seating for 300 and more palm trees and plants than you can count! Be sure to check out the 'virtual tours' tab on their website to see what it's all about.
Let's plan to be tied down on the ramp at Kerrville, (KERV) by 11:30, Saturday the 4th of May and I'll have ground transportation ready for the 5 minute drive to beautiful downtown Centerpoint. If you've got a gaudy Hawaiian shirt, this will be the perfect venue to show it off!
