About: Waco Kitchen is new to the area and also just opened a restaurant in Lakeland, FL. They have internationally-trained chefs and a "farm to table" mission, with delicious, fresh, nutritious food.

Bonus: We will be able to see the assembly floor for Waco aircraft, though probably not up close, as they are not staffed on the weekends. Waco Aircraft builds new stagger wing, open cockpit, sport bi-planes according to 1920's and 1930's designs but with modern materials, equipment, and manufacturing. You can note at the bottom of the Waco Kitchen menu that if you order the unlimited attitude hamburger for $489,600, a complimentary Waco YMF-5 Super 300hp Jacobs radial engine +5G bi-plane in your choice of colors and configuration is included with your meal!!

Notes: Western Michigan University runs a busy flight school on this towered field. The students fly Cirrus aircraft, all with the call sign prefix "SkyBronco".
